About Mark

Mark is one of the founders and one of the members of the firm of Certified Service Professionals and is a highly qualified computer forensic expert with extensive experience in his field. He has been recognized for his expertise and professionalism by several organizations, including the International Society of Forensic Computer Examiners (ISFCE), and has been awarded the ISFCE’s Certified Computer Examiner (CCE) designation. Mr. St. Peter is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the world’s largest professional organization dedicated to fighting fraud and promoting ethical business practices worldwide. In addition to his CCE and CFE designations, he is also a member of the International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists and the High Technology Crime Investigation Association. Mark has testified as an expert witness in both state and federal courts, and he has provided consulting services to attorneys and businesses in a variety of industries. He is an executive affiliate member and the Co-Chair of the Litigation Technology Committee of the Eastern District of Michigan Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, an associate member of the American Bar Association, and a charter fellow of the Oakland County Bar Foundation.
